The work
Most AI advisory is slide-deck class — people who have never operated under accreditation, never carried a clearance, never had to defend a number to an auditor. Cingilek is the opposite. Every AI engagement we ship is built the way we built the systems running our own regulated entities.

Autonomous loops with iteration caps, strict JSON output schemas, programmatic error extraction, and first-class triggers. Department-isolated agents — operations, accounting, HR, records, quality — not a single sprawling chatbot.

Prompt provenance. Output logs. Versioned evaluation harnesses. Built the way an ISO/IEC 17025 lab would build it — because its principal also runs one. Designed to survive accreditation, customer audit, or contracting-officer review.

On-premises edge inference where data sensitivity demands it. Vendor-agnostic model selection. AI that does not depend on a single provider's uptime, pricing, or terms of service. The principal runs a multi-node home lab; clients can too.

The method
Every Cingilek AI engagement ships with a certification path so your operator team owns the system when we leave. We don't want to be your forever consultant. We want your team to outgrow needing us.
Phase 01
We map the workflows worth automating, identify the data and systems we'll integrate with, and write the loop architecture — what each agent owns, what triggers it, what its strict output schema looks like, and how it fails safe.
Phase 02
Loops built against the architecture, deployed on infrastructure you own, evaluated with a versioned harness. Iteration caps, guardrails, provenance, and audit logs are not afterthoughts — they are the first thing we wire in.
Phase 03
Your designated operators learn the system end to end — from prompt design to evaluation, from triggers to rollback — and they get certified to extend it without us. Same model we use for HAZWOPER, confined-space, and bulk-fuel training.
Phase 04
Optional ongoing advisory at a fractional retainer. The default assumption is that you've graduated. We're glad to be on call — we're even more glad to watch your team run the system without us.
